Best [weekend] I Ever Had

Maybe not best, but it’s been fun so far.

Chi’s birthday is tomorrow, officially, but we sorta celebrated early. She gathered about 30 people and we played capture the flag on the quad last night. Tons of fun there, and a few odd looks and laughs from passers-by. I almost got the flag. Almost. Then I got tackled… I had a choice between the brick path or the frozen grass. I chose to dive at the grass – probably a wise move. I’m still über-sore, though, and my right knee hurts a bit. Interesting, considering how I fell on my left side.

Today was Justin & Casey’s wedding! I ended up riding with Julie and Kyle in the pimpin’ PT Cruiser rental car. We had a good time and there were 5 of us in the car (two new-to-me girls, Amanda and Hannah?). MM made up a large portion of the guests which was cool. Mike and I stuck together which was kinda nice. He made an interesting comment during the slow dances – something about how when he sees all these happy couples dancing together, he gets bummed because he’s all alone. Who knows what I replied, but I’m not sure if that comment was directed at me, or just a comment. He may be on the 33 Cruise tomorrow, so I’ll see if we can ride together. Or something.

The pimpin’ PT left around 5:30 or so. We ended up in Charlottesville and had Qdoba and Rita’s. Fun times, and UVA had just finished a game. Traffic was teh suck, but we gave and received some funny looks from the Wahoos. Got home around 10. Julie has sweet pix on her Rebel. Goooood stuff.

Tomorrow – sleeping in, no homework, some food, 33W cruise with MM, Kline’s for Chi’s “fo realz” birthday.

Everything’s been pretty fun so far. Who knows what tomorrow will bring…
